Group structure

TransAfrika DRC, TransAfrika Rwanda Gold, TransAfrika Mauritania, SOMASO, SOMASO 1, TransAfrika Mali and TransAfrika Senegal are TransAfrika’s exploration subsidiaries in the countries within which it is currently conducting exploration activities. Exploration permit areas have been acquired in highly prospective areas of DRC (1), Mali (2), Mauritania (3), Rwanda (4) and Senegal (5). Salene Rutile is the holding company of the Heavy Minerals Sands project in Senegal. TransAfrika has entered into a service agreement with Platnic, a Mauritius-domiciled wholly owned subsidiary of TransAfrika for the provision of advisory services. Platnic, in turn, has entered into an agreement with Streatham Management Services, which will provide technical, advisory, financial and marketing services to Platnic on behalf of TransAfrika at cost plus 3%.
