TransAfrika Resources Limited (TransAfrika) is an African exploration, development and mining company with highly prospective exploration projects in Mali, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Senegal and Mauritania.

Mali : Five permit areas covering 48 600ha in a known gold province; two permits are currently under active exploration.

DRC : Four permit areas and three options covering approximately 199 000ha. There are some 158 000ha under exploration; 450 artisanal workings; and 4 906 soil, 220 rock and 173 trench and channel samples have been analysed.

Zimbabwe : Rights to 600ha of chromite-bearing alluvial material 40km north-west of Harare along the eastern leg of the Great Dyke.

Rwanda : Two permits holding four areas covering 114 500ha are being explored. 33 diamond drill holes have been drilled to date. Rwanda's first ever Resource Statement by a Competent Person is being drafted.

Senegal : One permit area covering 29 000ha. Geological terrain mapping indicates a favourable setting for gold mineralisation.

Mauritania : Five permits covering an area of 742 700ha. The permits grant TransAfrika the right to prospect for gold and all base metals.
